Estimates
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Additional services or unforeseen conditions may require adjustments.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide access to the work area. Provide an operational exterior water source unless otherwise arranged. Remove vehicles, furniture, grills, decorations, and other personal belongings before service. Secure pets during the appointment.
Results
While we use professional equipment and techniques, Buckeye Pressure Wash cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains or restoration of surfaces to like-new condition due to age, oxidation, permanent staining, or previous damage.
Limitation of Liability
Buckeye Pressure Wash is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Loose siding
Loose mortar
Failing paint
Broken windows or seals
Oxidation
Improperly installed building materials Existing concrete cracks
Existing wood defects
Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our website and opt in to receive SMS communications.
Payments
Payment terms are provided separately on estimates and invoices.
